🛎️ Creating a services list
This is how you show up for families: Clear, easy to book, and aligned with how you work. In this guide, we’ll walk through the full listing flow step by step.
What you’ll need
âś… A clear title and description
âś… Your pricing and session length
âś… Your availability
âś… Photos of your service or space
1. Start from the top navigation
Go to Offer your services in the top menu. This opens the service listing flow.
2. Choose your listing type
This defines the structure of your listing. Choose the format that matches how the service actually runs. You can always create multiple listings for different formats.
3. Add your service details
Write clearly and simply. Say what the service is, who it’s for, and what kind of care you provide.
Tone matters:
Keep it warm, human, and inviting, not clinical.
Optional but powerful:
Add a short video intro. Just be yourself. Even a simple hello builds connection and trust.
4. Add your location (if needed)
If your listing type includes a location, you’ll be asked to provide the address. This will be visible on your service page.
Make sure it’s accurate so families can plan with confidence.
5. Set pricing and duration
Start by naming your session variation (e.g. “Standard 60 min consult”). Then:
- Add price per session
- Add duration (in minutes or hours)
- Choose how often bookings can start (hourly, every 30 min, etc.)
You can also add other variations (e.g. 90 min option, package with extras, etc.)
6. Set your availability
This is when clients can book you for this service.
- Choose your default weekly schedule (e.g. Mon/Wed mornings)
- Set multiple time blocks per day if needed
- Use exceptions for holidays or days off (via the calendar view)
You’re always in full control of your schedule.
7. Upload photos
Choose images that reflect your service, space, or energy. Families see this before anything else.
Tips:
- Show the environment clients will be in
- Show tools, setup, or ambiance
- Avoid blurry, low-light, or generic images
đź’ˇ Pro tip
You can create as many listings as you need. One for each service format, location, or language you support.
