1. Upload your photo
This is the first thing families see. A clear, natural photo helps create an immediate sense of trust and connection.
- Choose a photo where your face is visible and well-lit
- Smile or look relaxed. No need to be overly formal
- Avoid logos or group shots
2. Write your bio
This is where you tell your story, who you are, what inspires your work, and how you support families.
- Write in the first person ("I help..." not "She helps...")
- Keep it warm and personal
- Mention your experience, approach, and what families can expect
- Emojis are welcome if it feels like you
Example bio:
I'm a certified lactation consultant and postpartum doula based in Amsterdam. I help new parents feel confident, informed, and supported. My approach is calm, practical, and evidence-based. I believe every family deserves care that respects their unique rhythm and values.
3. Check your business info
Your business name and care categories are pulled in automatically from your signup. You can edit them to better reflect your work.

4. Save and preview
Once everything looks good, hit Save changes. Your profile is now live and visible to families.
